Additionally, we strive to provide close-knit fun and entertainment for the whole family. Through the use of our creative facility, we intend to enhance and revive lives.

- I am thrilled to be a part of this inspiring new venture we have created for ourselves in Fort Scott, KS. Just two years ago I needed to have emergency open-heart surgery, and what first seemed like a curse became the blessing of my lifetime. I had just married my husband Igor and learned that just five months later my wonderful Frenchman would stand by me through anything. It was a struggle but we grew to be a stronger, united couple. After one year of recovery my husband comes home one evening and asks "Would I want to live in a church?" I said "What the @*&! are you up to?" and the rest was history. Well we looked at a factory, a YMCA mansion/rec center, and thankfully found ourselves setting up shop in a 42,000 sq ft. abandoned middle school building in Historic Fort Scott, KS. We left every convenience we knew to live in a space without a/c, heating and sometimes running water to build our dream...The Painted Blackboard. What was once their school, now belongs to you and your creative mind.
